Shayna Weber is a producer, screenwriter, director, and former Creative Executive at the International Screenwriters’ Association (ISA), with over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry.

During her time on ISA's Development Team, Shayna worked closely with emerging screenwriters, helping develop projects, sharpen pitches, and prepare writers to present their work to industry professionals. She continues to collaborate with ISA as a consultant and through industry events, while bringing her experience and industry knowledge directly to writers through My Script Concierge.

Her production career spans major networks including MTV, VH1, NBC, Lifetime, Disney, Travel Channel, and Bravo, with credits on shows such as RuPaul's Drag Race and So You Think You Can Dance. She's also produced six short films, including the award-winning Lunch Ladies and Butts, directed four, and written screenplays across horror, fantasy, and comedy.

As a working screenwriter, Shayna knows firsthand how frustrating it can be to figure out what to do with a finished script. She's spent plenty of time navigating that process herself, researching the right people, making connections, pitching projects, and figuring out what works and what doesn't. And she's still doing it. She's continually pitching her own work, building relationships, and learning along the way.

That experience is what led her to create My Script Concierge. There isn't one right path for every screenplay. Finding a manager might be the next step for one writer, while another might be better served by approaching producers directly or exploring independent production. Shayna helps writers understand their options, figure out which ones make sense for their particular project, and take practical steps toward moving it forward.
